(Mac) Remote printing shown in connection info, but no option to print

The screenshot below shows that printing is allowed, but I cannot print. What am I not seeing? What do I need to do to print files?

Thank you for your post and welcome to our community.

Once the remote printing driver has been installed, you can establish a connection to your remote computer and activate remote printing in the TeamViewer toolbar. For more information regarding this topic, please check out our KBA - TeamViewer Printing on macOS.
