Remote control not working for a Huawei

Ciao!

For some not clear reason, it is not working anymore the remote control from my PC to a Huawei P smart Z. The Teamviewe quick app say that the connection is refused but it is not true...

Do you have any idea? Or any suggestion?

One possibility is the app launcher permissions. The Settings/Battery/App Launch/ entries for the Host, Meeting, QuickSupport, Quick Support Addon and Teamviewer should be set to Manage manually with Auto-launch, Secondary Launch and Run in Background all enabled.
