How to activate

We purchased Team Viewer today.

We recieved a welcome email and the invoice for it, but how do we make it work? There is no licence included anywhere? This is the worst web page for support i have ever seen on anything ever. Very bad support offered and no clue even how to get support. Terrible

    Normally you should also receive a License Activation email sent to the email account used to purchase the license. Then you can follow the instructions in How to activate your license to activate it.
