Account activation

Hi


I am new to TeamViewer. First I installed TeamViewer free version. After i purchased a licensce for my company I got the activation link and clicked it and got 'invalid token'. 

TeamViewer is still showing 'Free licence'. How can I get new activation email or how can I activate my account?

    Can you check whether the email was for your TeamViewer account activation or the TeamViewer license?

    The emails are sometimes hard to differentiate.

    But the "token invalid" comes when you already validated your email address in combination with the account creation 🙌

    The subject was 'TeamViewer Account Activation' from <AccountActivation-noreply@teamviewer.com>

    This is the message: 'Thank you for registering your TeamViewer account. To finally activate your account please click the following link.

    Register your TeamViewer account.

    If clicking the link doesn't work you can copy the link into your browser window or type it there directly.'

    Yes - that´s the mail for validating your email address for your TeamViewer account. So the error message is fully correct as you already activated and validated your account earlier.

    The email you are looking for is for your "License activation".

    I got email for TeamViewer order confirmation, a email with Payment Receipt and a email with Invoice for Customer Number . No  "License activation".

    Can you please send me a new License Activation email so we can start using TeamViewer. We purchesd TeamViewer six days ago, on 10 December.

    I received Getting Started email from TMVR

    I received Your TeamViewer Invoice from TMVR

    How long does it take to receive the License Activation email?
