How can I talk to someone about getting new add-on for android devices

I has 3 devices and none work all 3 are android there is no touchscreen add-on for them that work the devices are
Vankyo matrix pad s30
( also the matrix pad S20 doesn't work I have tried that as well as I mother has 1 so If you can do an add on for that as well would be great as I help her a lot with it)

And a Motorola Moto G9 Play
