Hello i had a 1 year license connected to my account. I dont want to buy it again since i have no need of it anymore but my account has been blocked anyway. What should i do to have it restored to it's free functionality?

Did you actively cancelled the license 28 days prior to its renewal?
If not it may be blocked because you did not pay the renewal invoice.

I looked at the account control panel for the cancellation but apparently i had to do it via private ticket.
i didnt know that so i havent done it. Is it possible to have it cancelled now?

Almost a month has passed and a week ago i had an email saying that my account was resetted and i could use teamviewer again.
That isnt true and today i got an email saying that i have to pay 250€ .
