Got a call from Teamviewer about closing my account but they first have to access my bank account to refund me some money is this the right procedure ?

Thank you for your post. I may confirm that our support team never refunds over the phone. This fact and from what you are writing I assume that you have been contacted by a malicious party.
Unfortunately, software like ours is sometimes abused by scammers; this can be reported on our website:
