Need help...
Have paid a teamviewer renewal on my license but have just noticed that my account now says free
Because its now a free account i can't submit a support ticket to request them to look at my account?

everything wored fine till new year.
now my 'forever' tv license says free????

Please make sure that you have activated your license before raising a support ticket.
Once you activated your license into your account, please sign in to your account in the TeamViewer software before making a connection so you can use the licensed version.
