Black screen when taking control of an tablet android samsung tab A

Hi

I try to connect a samsung galaxy Tab A from my PC, android Tablet or android Phone and get each time a black screen for the remote screen. I can move the cursor but i cannot see nothing.

I have tried various tips from forum like checking the latest version is installed, changing quality setup, no way.

I did the opposite test, and i can successfully take the control of my mobile from the galaxy tab A

Can you let me know what is wrong and which setup i can check in order to solve the problem?

I really need a tips or a correction as i want to use teamviewer in order to remotely help an old person which is not familiar with IT technology.
