Cant get to support.teamviewer.com
It keeps redirecting to community page.
Emails come back saying I must log a ticket which I cannot do.

Hello, I am a licensed user and I can not log in to my account to make changes or add trusted device. I never get the confirmation email back to authorize. I had to make another account just to come to this community page. Can you please whitelist my email address in your system so it fixes the issue? My email address is - **Do Not Post Email Addresses**. I have read several issues like this and adding email address to whitelist on your end seems to be the solution. Thank you

With regard to the support ticket, you have to submit a ticket with your licensed account, if you don't have an active license into the account, it comes to the community page. Can Teamviewer step in and resolve this?
I have a license and I need to contact support and like the previous person "dancki" pointed out, it riderects you over and over again here and there is no way I can submit a support ticket.
