I am trying to find a place where I can submit a ticket for cancellation. It redirects to the same community site every time I click on Service -> Submit a ticket. could you please help?

Please make sure to have an active license linked to your account in order to open a ticket.
If the license is not linked to your account yet, please activate the license first.
