Tech support for non-tech family member

Options

I try to help a remote, elderly, technically challenged, family member navigate her iPad but it’s difficult when I can’t follow along seeing what she sees on her screen. Will this enable me to watch her iPad screen on mine and tell her what to do, e.g. tell her where a certain icon is, read things that pop up, etc.? Will I be able to effect changes on her iPad directly, e.g. tap on links for her? And can we set this up so it’s easy for her to turn over access to me and easy for me to turn it back over to her? I just got her a new iPad and am installing apps before sending it to her.
