Lost support mobile devices when I was updating license
Hi. I had had premium license version 12, with one additional channel for few years, and I may was connecting to mobile devices, using Host app. I bought update license two months ago, and after update I may was connecting to mobiles as usual, but week ago I hadn't could connect to mobile devices. System wrote I was trying connecting to mobile device with Quick Support, but installed only Host app on it. And wrote to buy new additional, with support quickSupport.
Do I have to buy new additional app for support mobile devices or this misstake your system?

You may got the Mobile Device Support add-on for free, which was valid for your Version 12 license.
