I just got a call and I think it’s a scam… Was told that an Apple phone was charged to my Amazon account, then told that I could fix this by receiving a code from teamviewer.com. The gentleman asked me to get on the site but I wouldn’t go any further on it. Have you heard of this? It seems as if he could get access to my computer? Is this true have you heard of a scam? Hey!! I have the same, I recived the call, install the app send the code that started 16 and then hang up, call me again and I noticed that, so I desintall the app...they continued calling me but I dont know if they still can access to my iPhone 14 or not....is very insecure....because I dont know if they still have connection with my phone.....
