License active in customer portal still free version in the app/web
Hi,
I've just paid, activated my remote access license. In the customer portal everything looks good but when I log in in the app or the on the website my license is still free non commercial.
I don't understand if there is something wrong on my side or on TV licensing side.

Thank you Esther but it doesn't work. Do I need a end point?
I just want to be able to be granted access to my three computers.
It seems a license hiccup.... What should I do?

Hi again - would you review step 4 in the article I sent you (see the link above)? I guess activating the license on the three endpoints/devices should fix it.
