Remote access activation link

i didn't receive my activation link and i can't enable my 12 months license, already purchased.

Please let me know how to enable it.

Good morning,

thanks for the the help, but unfortunately it didn't solve my problem. I simply would like to receive a new activation link, because my profile, as seen in the mangament console, appers as free and i can't add devices. Simply, i am stuck to "Step 2: Create your TeamViewer account & activate the license", i cannot activate my license because i never received the link. So please send it back to me, i purchased a remote access plan with 3 devices.
