I have a free account, and I need to pay an outstanding Invoice - When I log into my account I can't invoices, can I please know where is this invoice and how to settle this?

Have you purchased a TeamViewer license? Please note that invoices are only generated if purchased online through the purchase portal or through a sales rep over the phone.
If you would like us to resend an invoice, you can simply contact our support team or check the customer portal.

I have never purchased a license, even if i try creating a new account with a new made email address it keeps saying my connection is blocked because of an unpaid invoice.
I can't find any invoices because to view invoices i need a invoice number.
How do I fix this?
