I tried to push the symbols which I think resembles rotate, but nothing happens.

I see her Ipad screen tilted 90 degrees so it makes it a bit akward for me.

And what about the feature to send keyboard commands from my desktop to her Ipad? How might it be used?

When the Ipad was rotated in to panarama mode it worked better, but still Messenger Screen share solves this both ways, with no problems..... @JeanK

This sounds like a bug, which is specific to the iPad in use.

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to investigate further.

Yes I know about not being able to control the Ipad, but it is akward to have to tilt me head in order to view the screen on the Ipad remotely via my Desktop Mac......

It is not possible to remote control an iPad, neither to rotate the screen.

It is only possible to see the iPad's screen, as it is.
