Upload the screenshots appears impossible.
When I attempt to connect to my personal laptop, using my free account, i get "connection blocked, unpaid invoice"
I suspect, no - in fact im pretty confident when I say, Teamviewer has added my Mobile device MAC address to some company i must have worked for ages ago, and now I can't get around removing this block, because,
A) i dont know who this company is
B) i dont have login access to their portal
C) teamviewer support doesn't have the slightest idea what's going on
