Since few day randomly TV show this info, connection to TV servers is broken. It is general problem from different networks and different workstatiosn so IT IS NOT OUR fault.
I have Premium license.

There is no issue with the TeamViewer servers. As it states in the error message, please sign in with your licensed TeamViewer account in order to use TeamViewer portable properly and with all features.

My account IS licensed. As I said Team Viewer is NOT connected to yours servers but in the same time I can connect remotely to this TV Portable client. This is general and totally random problem that occurs in different networks connected to different internet providers. It is yours fault.
Do you have the possibility to install the full version on the affected devices and check if the problem still occurs?
