Can't login in application on Mac

My version is 15.16.8. my environment is M1 Mac with latest system

I want to connect to other PC, the app prompts me login to continue every time I try to connect. but there no response after I click sign in button. what should I do?

We recommend restarting the software.

If this does not work, please reinstall the software using this procedure:

Still the same issue.

I enter username and password, click Login, and nothing happens.

Tried restarting computer and reinstalling app.

Running 15.17.6 (a008a771384) on 11.3 (20E232)

I have this problem too.

I have tried removing reinstalling, updating to latest version and restarting Mac to no avail.

Older Mac mini with an early version of Big Sur will log in fine but my up to date new M1 Mac mini and Intel MacBook Pro will not login in just returns immediately to a same blue login button.

all computers are running the same version of team viewer - running 15.17.6 (a008a771384)
