I have two remote access accounts and need help to set up two accounts

I purchased two remote access accounts, but the website does not let me use 4 computers on a single account. The website asks me to create a new account. But how do I create a new account using the same email address for both Remote Access accounts?

For more information on activate Remote Access license, feel free to check out the knowledge article below. Please ensure that both Remote Access licenses are activated separately with different email address.
