I cannot get the free license from coming up

I purchased license over a month ago and TeamViewer chat is useless. They keep directing me to download what I already have. They disconnect and I cannot get any answers. I Call the 800 number and they say no phone support. Already paid an annual subscription of $322.70 and I am getting invoice for $23.90. I have never received my link to log on. They took payment quick enough.

Thank you for reaching out to us and I apologize for the negative experience with TeamViewer.

In order to be able to use your license, you need to activate the license.

We have sent an email on 25th of April, so please check it and click the activation button there.
