We have made payment for renewal of license and still license is not activates

Hi,

We have made payment through online for renewal of remote access license but the same has not been activated please help and how to communicate with support, its an emergency as lot of work is kept pending and me personally sorry to say very much disappointed with the service stand of TeamViewer.

    The license activation email is sent to you immediately after purchase:

    Please follow the instructions in the license activation email, and activate the license to your TeamViewer account.

    If you have trouble locating this email, please PM the email address used for purchase so we may request it be re-sent.

    Thank you for your reply.

    It seems like you cannot use your license because you have created a company profile on the Management console.

    Please read the following instruction of the way to delete a company profile:


    If the situation would be the same after deleting the company profile, please reply to the support ticket I have created so our customer support team will assist you individually.
