I'm on a paid TeamViewer account. I want to add 3 machines and give somebody else access only to those 3 machines without being able to access the rest the machines on the account. How do I accomplish that?

I recommend creating a group where you put these 3 computers.
Once this is done, please share this group with full control as a setting.
This will not only share the group but also transfer Easy Access to the user.
The user will be able to connect to these machines.
If you want to prevent anyone to connect to other computer groups, you can apply an allowlist on these specific groups:
