I have lost my device, I cannot use it for 2-factor verification, I want to know if it is possible to delete my old account via email verification, because I want to replace my business account email with my first email, blocked from my old account. Thank you.

Thanks for your post! I am sorry to hear that you lost your device!

Currently, the only way to restore your account is by using the recovery code you received when setting up two-factor authentication. The recovery code allows you to login again with your email and password via this site: https://login.teamviewer.com/LogOn#deactivate-tfa
