Can't get to support with paid account, instead getting redirect to community
Hi,
I would like to cancel my subscription which is activated and paid for monthly. Two successful payments have been made and I'm not running behind on any new payment.
I need to create a ticket but when I hover over Service in the top menu, and select "Submit a ticket (licensed account required)", I instead get redirected to community.teamviewer.com
Why do I get keeping redirected to community? I have a licensed account.
PS: What's with the huge hassle to cancel a subscription? I got like 2.4k hits on search when I enter "cancel subscription". Isn't this a point where TeamViewer can say: "We really need to make it easier to cancel subscriptions"??? It's like my fitness subscription, which is maybe accepted in that branch but not with a huge IT company like yours..

The reason why you could not submit a ticket is that you didn't activate your license on your account.
As mentioned in our article How to submit a ticket, "If the account is not linked to a valid TeamViewer license, the support portal will instead load the TeamViewer Community."
