I have a new license but no password

I have just paid for a new license but nowhere was I supplied a password. So I can’t log in. And when I select forgot password - I am then not emailed as it says it will to set one up. So I have just wasted over $600 and cannot get into this program and can’t even go to support as you need to log in to do that. And without a password I can’t log in

No it isn’t. I used a different email address to purchase the commercial license. I cannot log in with the new license it just keeps reverting to this free one - and I get kicked off after 10 seconds when I remote connect on team viewer on this free log in. But without a password for the NEW email address I cannot log in on the paid version and therefore cant operate my business. To join this community chat I had to use the old (free) log in details

Thanks for your message!

You can log in with the same account you use for the Community. It is also your TeamViewer account and your license has been designed to be activated on your account.
