Remote IOS help from another IOS device

Hi there

My 92 year old Mum runs into issues with her iPad. I'm her "IT support" & she lives in a care home where seeing her is problematical due to Covid.

I am wondering whether there is a solution using my IMac, iPad or iPhone to manage things on her tablet so I can sort things out on her behalf.

Despite her age her IT abilities arent bad but trying to resolve issues that she has can be frustrating for all concerned.

Can you advise what the best solution might be?

I dont have a paid for version of Team Viewer
