Quick support with different users in teamwiewer account

We have a teamviewer account with corporate licence, we add a user to the account.
When clients use Quick support, how should we do to be able to see the support demand for each users, not only the account owner?

To be able to get the support demand for all users, you need to set the QuickSupport to Unassigned.
