I get an error "upgrade failed", when i try to upgrade an account from free to a paid legacy license version.
Why do i get this error?
Is there any way you can provide me with the support ticket number or give me a status?
We have a new employee that is starting next week, so it is kind of urgent that i get this to work.

It is no proglem that the reply can be delayed. I am just interested in getting the problem fixed, because i found out that other colleagues have the same problems with the license now.

You need to make sure the license you are trying to activate is the correct one.
You might want to submit a ticket, as it seems there is something wrong with your license key.
