My iPad has been stolen & i am worried that the thieves may gain access to my PV via Team Viewer which has been set up for unattended access

I am sorry that happened to you.

You can simply remove the unattended access under Security in your settings. Just remove "Grant access to xy".

Please also change your password and activate 2FA.
