I need refund of my money but I am unable to do so. Kindly help me with the refund.
In order to access our Customer Portal, you need to be a customer, in other words, you need an activated license.
As we here in the community can't help with refunds or cancellations, I'd kindly ask you to activate your received license and log-in to the portal to submit a ticket.

I can login to customer portal account but as I press the 'contact support' button from dashboard it automatically redirects to community support.
How will I activate my license? I can't see an option for that.
