It is possible depending on the remote device.

If you are using Mac device on the remote device, the sound and voice function is unbailable due to a manufacture's policy.

If you are using Windows, please kindly to try the following option during remote session.

Remote session toolbar -> Communication -> check the [ computer sound ]
