We have purchased a license: Teamviewer Access Base. It shows up in https://service.teamviewer.com under Subscriptions.
When I log into Teamviewer App or when I log into https://login.teamviewer.com/nav/users/company, the accounts is shown as "free" non-commercial. Despite the email used to login being the same.
Where can we ensure that we get the paid subscription? Where can we contact support? Why is there no billing contact option?
