I currently have a paid license that I registered with my email address.
I purchased another remote access license for my co-worker with my email address.
Now that I want to activate the license to my co-worker's account, it's saying the email used when purchasing the license is different from TeamViewer account's email address.
Because of this, my co-worker's TeamViewer is showing that it's a free account and is not working.
How do I fix this?
