Remote Access License

I currently have a paid license that I registered with my email address.

I purchased another remote access license for my co-worker with my email address.

Now that I want to activate the license to my co-worker's account, it's saying the email used when purchasing the license is different from TeamViewer account's email address.

Because of this, my co-worker's TeamViewer is showing that it's a free account and is not working.

How do I fix this?

    Hi @Charlson,

    Thank you for contacting TeamViewer Community.

    If your co-worker already has TeamViewer account, please access to the activation link and try the license activation from Sign in button.

    Also please access to the activation link after sign out from TeamViewer and close all TeamViewer web pages if they are opened on browsers.
