Cannot touch or click to operate remote Android phone.

I am connecting from a Windows 10 system to a couple of Android phones, S9 and S10+.

Every once and while, it will respond, but generally, no.

What do I need to do to get this working?

Meanwhile, would you please update both devices and TeamViewer itself to the latest version?
