In my consol version 8 will time out 01.01.2024, but when my customers ask me to connect we receive a "License timed out". What happened?
Hi Justin. Didn´t find any relevant answer to my question. Why can I not use my license that was not time limmeted when I bought it? And why does my console tell me that it times out in 2024 when it doesn´t work anymore? How can I activate it again free of cost and in a simple maner?
And what will I do with my customers and my 90 years old parentes that needs assistance until 19th of January? What is really going on that you cancle this service that we have paid a lot of money for whithout mentioning an expiration day? I don´t think this is legal. Please activate my license again.
