update the customised modules version

We have TeamViewer v15.21.8 and have a button on our website that loads TeamViewer to provide support or meetings. When the user clicks on the button, an older version, v12.0.251192 is loaded on their computer. How do we get our website to download v15. to the user's machine instead of the v12. And if a user has already downloaded v12 for support. The next time they click on our website button, will it update to v15?

Thank you for contacting TeamViewer Community.

The update process is different between customized Host and QuickSupport.

Please kindly confirm which module endpoint users are using.

If it is customized Host module, remote update is available. Please check more information from the knowledge article - How do I update TeamViewer? - TeamViewer Support.

If it is a customized QuickSupport, it requires to update the TeamViewer version on Management Console first and then provide the Permanent link to endpoint users.

Please note that remote update is unavailable on Quick Support module due to the form of a single executable file.
