Hi everyone,

I've encountered a problem. Someone know my PC Teamviewer ID. Although he don't have the random password to access my system, but after he tried, Windows will pop up the Teamviewer screen and it's very annoyed. Is there any way to disable to pop up the screen if the connection is failed?

YES! I think I have exactly what you need.

I recommend enabling a whitelist on your device. After this, only YOU (when logged in into your TeamViewer account), will be able to connect to your device.

And most importantly, all other users won't be able to reach your device and will automatically be blocked. 😈

This should also stop the TeamViewer window from popping up.
