I use licensed TV15 version. I cannot connect older machines which has Windows XP with TV10 version. How can I do this?

The service for versions 8, 9, 10 has been discontinued on September 15, 2021. To honor the life cycle of the licenses, TeamViewer offered to our clients version 15. All this information you can check in details on the article:

I understand that Windows XP is not compatible with version 15, so the solution for this device is to install version 14.2.
You should get 14.2 automatically when downloading it from an XP here: https://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/previous-versions/
