How to cancel subscription?

Hi,

Purchased license but no activation link arrived so 12 month wasted money and cannot contact to anybody as there no way of communication. Now they sending overdue letters but telephone number on a letter is not working to discuss it. I want either license working or cancelling subscription. Followed all possible links from the forum but none of them lead to ''raise a ticket''.

Anybody help!

According to our system, your license is not activated and this is why you can't use your license.

You need to activate it by following this guide:
