How to Use a New Purchased License Instead of Upgraded License
Previously, i have license for Teamviewer 9 (3 channels), then we upgrade to 15. Currently the license status is "PaidLicense".
Then i purchased a new Teamviewer 15 corporate license (3+2 channels). I activated the license on the account. I logged in my Teamviewer Account on the Teamviewer app as well.
But my teamviewer keeps using the License from Teamviewer 9 (can't connect to partner if the channel reached 3). I tried to reinstall but no solve.
