TeamViewer Sign In Confirmation

Good afternoon.

To confirm the device in the teamviewer software, an email with a link must be sent to the user's email.

The letters are not getting through now.

At the same time, confirmation letters are not received only by a new user of our organization.Tell me what could be the reason?

The TeamViewer Trusted Device emails are sent automatically when your account is used to login to a new device.

If these emails do not arrive, this is usually due to the email being blocked by the user's email service, or the email was rejected for any reason, and resulted in a bounce-back. Please ensure the TeamViewer domain is listed as a "safe sender" and have the user try again.
