Help! I can't connect to my IOS Phone.

Hello, recently I have tried to connect via the web version of Team Viewer on the Chrome App via my Dell Chromebook. Unfortunately, I am not able to connect with my IOS Phone, after pressing connect (after adding it to computers). Please help, I am trying to access my phone.
