I have just purchased online subscription but still wont activate Teamviewer. Keeps coming up that my free access is overused. So i purchased a on line subscription but the same message keeps coming up.
Can anyone help me?

I believe that the license activation has not completed. Can you kindly check out the activation instruction below and finish the activation on your account please - https://community.teamviewer.com/English/kb/articles/4326-how-to-activate-your-license
A little reminder after the activation -> please sign in the licensed account before any connection.
