It´s sad to read you want to cancel your license subscription. However, I am happy to point you to the right places.
We have a great article explaining All about Subscription. In this article, you find all the info you need for the cancellation such as the info about How / until when can I cancel my subscription as well as other relevant information.
Keep in mind: You will need to send a ticket to our Support team for the cancellation at least 28 days before the end of the initial subscription term. Here is a direct link to the portal: https://support.teamviewer.com/ However, please keep in mind that your license must be activated on your account to submit a ticket. Otherwise, you´ll be transferred back to the community.

To cancel your subscription, you need to submit that in written form to our team at least 28 days before the end of the initial subscription term or any subscription renewal term.
