When I enter my Partner ID it keeps showing this message 'This partner does not accept incoming connections' I am using an Amazon fire tablet trying to connect to Android 10

May I ask which TeamViewer app did you use on the remote device?

For accepting incoming connections on a mobile device or tablet, TeamViewer QuickSupport should be in used.

Can you kindly check again please?
