Hello Community,

I desperately need my partner's help, but they can't

see my screen. Can you help me please?

Why doe he have my ID and PW, I can see his ID, however,

he can't see my screen?

What Operating System are you using - meaning: Do you work on a Windows computer, Mac or Android, iOS?

With this information, we might get a bit closer to helping you! Also: Do they get a kind of error message? If so - what does it say?

I'm using a Mac computer.

There isn't a message it gives.

I can see my partner 's ID, but he's not able to

see my screen to take control of it.

I've done it before, seen it before, even clicked on the accessibility option, it's apparent, something wasn't completed, because here we are.

When having TeamViewer open on your mac, you can click on Help --> Check system access to open the dialog box!
