cant connect to remote computer

I just started using teamviewer and can not connect to my remote computer from the website. When I click "connect" then click the teamviewer icon then connect it shows connecting to window then disappears and nothing. The window just disappears and nothing. I have read what I could and saw the only solution seems to restart teamviewer but I have done that numerous times. Am I doing something wrong? Please help.

From your description, you are trying to establish a remote session by using the Web Client from the Management console.

Do I understand your situation correctly?

If this is the case, the feature of Web Client is available with Remote Access, Premium, Corporate, or Tensor license. Therefore, please check your license type.

Once you could confirm that you are using the eligible licenses, could you check you are using the latest browser version, please?
